Rachel Becker
Rachel Becker is a retired technologist who now focuses her time and energy to the other side of her brain. She spends her time hiking in the mountains, meditating on her yoga mat, and creating glass in the art kiln in her garage. She started working with fused glass when she took an adult ed class in 2017. In 2019, she purchased her own kiln. In 2021, she joined the Millcreek Arts Council. Surrounded by artists and art concepts, she decided to spend more time creating glass art. She uses both fusing glass and recycled glass to make her creations. She manages and participates in the Millcreek Arts Fest every year. Her intention is to share her art with the community in a way that is fun and affordable.
