Guadalupe School Glass Workshop

We had a very successful glass teaching experience at the Guadalupe School on June 23 and June 30, with teachers and helpers: Jodi McRaney-Rusho (teacher), Christine Kende (our new glass teacher–Jodi’s handed the torch over to her!), Kerry Collett, Judy Farmer, and me.  Lots of darling young glass students and we had some press from Fox News (which Christine handled very nicely).

As Jodi saw Christine in action, working with the kids, press, everything, she breathed a great sigh of relief! (and will return to her other day jobs).  The kids made sun catchers and a 3×3″ piece that will turn into beautiful auction-able platters, bowls, wall hangings, and other delightful pieces.

These fun notes of gratitude were sent to the presenters.
