Guild Members, Wayne Jacobsen and Linda Kalmar were invited to participate in the Annual Art and Soup Event that was held at the Salt Palace April 8,9,10, 2014. Art and Soup raises funds for Community Nursing Services and this was their 16th year.
In the past, GAGU artists have been involved with the Art and Soup show. For quite a few years Dinah Ihle, past president of the Guild, was the only glass artist to participate in Art & Soup, then Jodi McRaney Rusho participated in 2013, and Lori Sharff created (with Dan’s sandblasting help) the awards for the function this year.
